Location: Block-6, P.E.C.H.S., Karachi – Head office
Position: 01
Salary: Market based compensation
Qualification: CA Finalist / ACCA Qualified / ACMA Qualified
Experience: Articles completed preferably from Big Four or 1-2 years of Post Articles experience with knowledge of Oracle as an added advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, technical and team management skills.
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer and Director
Job Description:
1)Preparation of monthly, half yearly and annual accounts as per applicable reporting framework including ratio analysis of financial statements;
2)Preparation of Projections and continuously updating it;
3)Coordination with different Banks over various financial matters;
4)Responsible to look after overall Receivable Function including preparation of monthly sales tax data related to sales;
5)Preparation of different reports for submission to different regulators including manage and comply with provincial and federal government reporting requirements;
6)Close monitoring of manufacturing cost including analysis of the actual cost of the product with budgeted. Effective management of budgeting process with timely reporting to management for appropriate decision making and variance analysis;
7)Proficient with the knowledge of Companies Act, 2017 including corporate secretarial compliance matters;
8)Coordination with Income Tax Team in finalization of Income Tax Returns in accordance with Income Tax Ordinance, 2001
9)Able to make Investment Appraisals based on financial analysis and feasibilities for different opportunities for the Company / Group;
10)Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for business decisions;
11)Analyze accounting data and produce financial reports. Provide the management with clear insights driven by strong analytics;
12)Liaison with Plant staff to resolve their financial / system related queries;
13)Ensuring effective implementation of Oracle including system based control for financial activities and coordinating with technical implantation team;
