Master Degree (MA HRM / MBA HR / MSW HR) Full time with 50% and above.
Not more than 50% of the work gap.
All immediate joiner profiles required – anyone joining after 15th February 2022 will not be eligible.
Job Description:
Creating the most appropriate recruitment strategy for every role by providing sourcing solutions via job boards, Career page, social networks, employer branding and employee referral program.
Accountable for delivery of talent across the Skill Cluster assigned.
Provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape and an understanding of talent needs.
Interacting with potential candidates through internal portal, Job boards ,social media and professional networks.
Coordinating with hiring managers and identifying the appropriate candidate.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
Scheduling interviews and co-ordinating drives if required.
Requirements:
Full time Graduation Degree or Post Graduation (Full / Part).
2 - 7 years Work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
