We are looking to hire Sr Recruiter(IT or NON IT) for our company based out in Bangalore-HSR Layout.

Job Location- Bangalore-HSR Layout
Shift & working days- 9:30 am to 6:30pm. Sat & Sun fixed off
Salary- As per market standard and current CTC
Interview mode- Virtual
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent experience, supporting candidate assessment, evaluating candidate skills and driving the interview and offer process.
Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
Use platforms like Naukri, Monster, Hirist, and LinkedIn to source candidates.
Regular follow-up with candidates and stakeholders
Schedule interviews, and salary negotiations.
REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION:
Bachelors degree in any field
3 to 5 years of core Talent Acquisition experience in IT or NON IT positions
IT- Relevant experience in hiring for positions like Frontend, Java, full stack, iOS developer, Testing(automation & manual), product manager, engineering manager.
NON IT- Prior experience in hiring for functions like Marketing, Operations, Sales, Key Account Manager, HR, Finance & Support functions.
Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge
Excellent people skills to liaise both externally and internally
Ability to work under strict deadlines

Hands on experience on Sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
Should be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
Experienced in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
To understand Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities
Excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
Skills/Expertise:
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
