Ideal Candidate is:

5-7 years of experience recruiting software engineers

Hands on experience in identifying right candidates through job sites, linked in and other channels

Experience in hiring both in US and Indian markets

Familiar with US work authorization requirements and compliance of local, state and federal regulation

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in and enjoy fast paced environment

A detail-oriented Professional; open to learn

Independent, Self-starter and needs minimum guidance

Responsibilities:

Identify, coordinate with decision makers to shortlist, select and onboard right candidate for the position within the budget and timeline required for the position

Service open positions in both India and US markets

Onboard minimum 3 candidates a month
