Responsibilities:
POST Installation: Coordinating POST Machine to be dispatched from our office to the dealer’s outlet as agreed time. They will also be responsible to install and train the dealer on operating the machine hardware & Software
Preventive Maintenance: On a regular basis, these technicians will visit POST outlets in their regions and check if hardware and software are in working order and are giving no issues to the operator
Break-down maintenance: On any issues that are brought up by the dealer, the sales person will get in touch with the POST Technician, who will reach the outlet and resolve the matter at hand. The problems that are commonly encountered are issues with software, hardware failure, where some parts need replacement and issues with other equipment like UPS, Printer etc. Technician will be trained on all of these for a week before being sent out in the field
Education & Requirement: Diploma in Electronics/Electrical and should have a valid driver’s license
