Key Responsibilities:
Production & Productivity improvements, Lessening the Costs, overheads and wastage of time, material etc.
Verifying, implementing & executing all Style operation breakdown of Cut to pack all products, based on SAM, Man & Machines' Line balancing & Capacity, Target, resources and productivity etc.
Making & analyzing overall Plant Efficiency on the basis of daily provided verified Production data, Cut to Pack.
Factory production piece rates, wages, incentives reports overall Cut to Pack, to be monitored and approvals etc.
Finalizing any new operations piece rate, wages, incentive systems on the base of strong follow up, market data and SAM work study.
Organizing or designing of production flow, lay outs or new line development (related to productivity of man, material, machine, method & training related).
Must Have Skills:
Team Management
Good Communication and Negotiation
Good command in technical skills
Decision making skills
