Islandwide  

Retail Hours // 5-6 days a week // 44 Hours a week  

UP TO $1700 + VB + COMMISSIONS!!                  

Job duties:              

Attend to walk-in customer enquiries  

Drive and boost sales opportunities to hit the store sales target  

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service  

Ensure stocks are replenished and are displayed neatly  

Perform cashiering duties   

Requirement: 

At least 1 years of retail sale experience   

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill  

Possesses can-do attitude, self-motivated and a good team player  

Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays

Senior TCM Consultant (Assistant Supervisor) x 2

Job duties:                           

Lead a team of retail staffs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Drive and boost sales opportunities to achieve the store sales target

Motivate sales staff to ensure the sales target are achieved

Ensure high level of customer service is offered in the store.

Inventory management through display of products, merchandising, stock take, housekeeping, replenishing, and updating of sales display area

Supervise, guide and train new retail staff

Perform staff scheduling and rostering

Handle customers’ feedback and complains

Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene at all times

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Area Manager

Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role, or equivalent

Applicants experienced in supervisory operations in the retail industry will be advantageous
