Job duties:
Manage and close billings within the cutoff date and able to handle all reconcilement and investigation items, identify and propose processes that could lead to development or enhance of current workflow.
Handle commission reports and payments for all sponsors within the cut-off date
Handle bookings of premium in Meridian
Process tax invoices and service fees
Handle investigation and reconcilement
Track different receipts received for instalment plan on daily basis
Process Credit card / GIRO billing
Manage ad-hoc and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience
Minimum 2 years in shared services environment, strong in HR processes
Someone who is familiar with Work Pass application and renewal process
At least 1 year relevant experience working in an insurance company/financial institution
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Words
Knowledgeable in general accounting/booking
Familiar with investigation and reconciliation

Customer Care Officer
We are looking for a pet lover who is meticulous, and is excited about assisting pet owners. The candidate should be passionate about improving the experience of pet owners, and look to deliver quality customer experience. Success in this position requires an eye for detail, an active interest in learning about the pet care industry, and taking a proactive approach to improving the customer’s journey.
Responsibility:
Keeping track of our Customer support KPIs to ensure the quality of the service provided
Updating our internal information bank for ZumVet services and customer support-related issues
Assist in onboarding for any new customer support staff
Participating in recommending product/platform enhancements to improve the customer experience
Operations administrative work, including inventory management and delivery coordination
