We have an urgent opening for Supplier / Senior Supplier Coordinator position.

Working Experience: Experienced of minimum 1 - 5 years
Essential skill: Strong Procurement skill with good communication.
Job Responsibilities:
Highly motivated and dedicated graduate, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
The procurement experience should be from e-learning industry.
Understand the requirement for IT and non IT outsourcing and should be able to co-ordinate with project management team and suppliers to drive and close the requirement.
Find and add new suppliers/ freelancer to the database as per the requirements following the business trends
Sustaining the existing network & managing the suppliers
Should be able to convince suppliers for the requirements
Should be able to negotiate with the suppliers and project team.
Should be able to update project management team on the status.
Ensuring timely invoicing, payments and Work order / purchase order allotment and distribution to suppliers as per the process defined.
