Job Description:
As a Management Trainee, you will assist your Manager and will be based in the Central Kitchen cum Restaurant. You will be trained in the full suite of operations, including central kitchen operations, restaurant kitchen operations, liaising with other restaurant outlets, target setting, budget planning, driving marketing campaigns, managing stock control, quality assurance, people management and customer service delivery.

The Original Katong Laksa currently has 5 outlets including a central kitchen. Promising recruits are welcome to join us in our journey to expand further in the coming years. You will be trained for 8 to 12 months as a Trainee Manager with increasing management opportunities and progressive promotions. If you have what it takes to master the key roles and positions, you will be offered the opportunity to run a restaurant on your own.
Job Requirements:
Min. N/ O Levels, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in any disciple
